Grapevine is a lightweight group messaging platform designed to reduce coordination friction in teams, classes, and small organizations. It’s intentionally simple, focused, and grounded in real usage rather than feature sprawl.
After 13 years as a solo developer and consultant, I’m building Zelephony as a home for practical, business-first AI products.
Not hype. Not demos. Real systems, used by real people, growing deliberately.
Today, that work starts with Grapevine, a lightweight group messaging platform designed to reduce coordination friction in real-world teams.
In parallel, I’m building and actively using Zelephony-Exec — an internal agentic system that helps me plan, design, and ship products like Grapevine. It’s grounded in structured documentation and a vectorized project memory, allowing role-based AI agents to reason over real context rather than isolated prompts.
Zelephony reflects over a decade of hands-on experience building and operating real systems for real businesses. The focus has always been the same:
Zelephony-Exec is not a finished product — it’s an internal working system I actively use to operate Zelephony.
It evolves alongside the business and serves as the environment where planning, documentation, and execution come together.
Rather than treating AI as a collection of prompts, the system is designed around persistent context and role-based reasoning.
AI is only useful when it understands the environment it’s operating in. My work focuses on grounding agents in structured business context — documentation, decisions, history, and constraints — so they reason before they act.
The goal is not black-box automation. Agents are designed to support thinking, planning, and execution while keeping humans in the loop — especially at the executive and operator level.
Everything starts small and grows deliberately. From single-purpose tools like Grapevine to more general agentic systems over time, the emphasis is on stability, clarity, and long-term usefulness.
Real systems, live or in development.

Zelephony-Exec is an internal agentic system used to support planning, design, and execution across Zelephony projects. It combines structured documentation, vectorized project memory, and role-based AI agents to dramatically reduce context loss during development and decision-making.
TraderZ is an experimental agentic trading platform focused on swing-trade analysis and execution. It is not currently active and remains exploratory.
This site also serves as a place to share system design notes, product learnings, and practical insights from building with AI in real environments. The goal is clarity over promotion.
